RETURN POLICY
Here at Haldii, we want to make sure we provide the best possible customer services, so please contact us at help@haldii.co.uk if you experience any issues with your order. Please note that we cannot accept returns of perishable goods that have been consumed or damaged by you. Please note our food kits must be refrigerated upon delivery, we cannot take liability for kits being left for long periods unchilled after delivery.
If there is a problem with the products and goods, or they are defective, and you wish to return them, please contact us at help@haldii.co.uk, and we will provide you with an address to send the goods to. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and at your own expense. Please use a tracked delivery method as proof of postage, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost. We cannot accept returns after 7 days from initial delivery to you.

We are unable to guarantee or accept responsibility for delays with our logistics partners. Please contact us at help@haldii.co.uk if you haven't received your order so that we can investigate.
